JTD Home Inspections Inc. is a proud registered member of the InterNational Association of Certified Home Inspectors (interNACHI).
We strongly believe in following the Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics this association uses. NACHI has strict membership requirements that enforce each member to pass a Home Inspectors Exam with a mark of at least 80%, and 24hrs of training courses completed each year.
At JTD, we believe it is important to belong to an association. Along with providing its inspectors with the most recent information about inspection problems, it also gives information on new products being used in houses so we can serve you to the best of our abilities. I strongly encourage my clients to refer to the NACHI site to acquire more knowledge about their home. There is a lot of free, useful information to help any type of homeowner.
